It is very necessary to go through the consultation procedure as a first-time client. This is where the designer discusses style details, gives out product advice to ensure both the designer and the client are happy

Consultation is offered at a one-time fee of GHS 300. This applies only to first-time clients and covers all future services—no additional consultation fees will be required thereafter.

Production Timelines
• Bridal Dresses (Traditional Wedding, White Wedding, and Reception):
Production typically takes 1 to 2 months, depending on the level of detail and special effects required for the dress.
• Ready-to-Wear Pieces:
These are completed within 10 to 14 days after the order is confirmed and the initial deposit is made.
• Bespoke Dresses:
Production takes approximately 14 to 21 days, depending on the complexity and special effects involved.

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. For custom or pre-order items, please allow additional processing time as noted on the product page.

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your destination. All applicable customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
